FIrst off I have to give a shout out to frances one of my best friends and the best dancer I know. We had one dance lesson for 20 minutes, She taught me how to do 3 things, just my head, just my shoulders, just my hips, everything else I just flowed with.Its hard to dance on rubber gym flooring
