- Dumbbell set: most come in 5 lbs, 8 lbs, and 12 lbs weight size. Make sure to pick a pair that has rubber handle grip. A good quality dumbbell should be inexpensive, should not roll away when placed down on the floor and should come with its own rack.

Eating and staying healthy during the holidays can be an uphill battle, but a health club in Wilmington is trying to help everyone have a healthy holiday season.

Even if you don’t have the extra weight bench attachments you can still pretty much get a full body workout by using a weight bench, some dumbbells and resistance bands. Since the bench gets you off of the floor it positions you in a way that allows you to lift or stretch in more ways. For instance if you lay on the weight bench face down you can use dumbbells or wrist weights and lift and lower your arms so you can target certain back and shoulder muscles.
The reflexology-style concept was warmly received at Barefoot’s ‘Lose The Shoes’ garden at RHS Tatton, which secured a prestigious silver award from the RHS.
Lose The Shoes featured Barefoot’s Acupath foot massaging pebble walkway, which was surrounded by Barefoot Hot Rocks marble carpet.
These surfaces aim to encourage people to lose their shoes and walk barefoot along pathways, helping to increase circulation and stimulate body and mind.
