I havent done it in a long……..time (like since i was like 5) and i need to remember!!!!!!Please give me all the details. and try to include like what cerfise you think is better to start to try to do them on, like carpet, grass, gym floor, ect.
P.S. Sorry…. i didnt know which catigory to put it in so i put it in dancing!
In drill team at my high school, we must be able to do a double turn without cheating or doing it wrong. I have been injured for about 3-4 months and lost my double turns. We also have to wear tennis shoes on the gym floor to dance in, & we can’t take them off or put on different shoes. Please help! I’ve been so frustrated because I danced at a dance studio for all my life but still can’t get a double turn down perfect almost. Help!!!!!!!!
